Remove Team(s)

Remove a Team from an Account

  1. Sign in to your cmpute account.

  2. Click on the name given on the top-right corner.

  3. Select Accounts.

  4. Accounts screen is displayed.

  5. Click on the edit icon.

  6. Selected account’s details will be pre-filled.

  7. Click on ‘x’ button of the team name that you wish to remove

    • If the team is associated to atleast one active job in the cmpute account then REPLACE TEAM IN JOBS pop-up is displayed.

      • Customer can select a team and replace the existing team with the newly selected team by clicking on ‘REPLACE’ in the pop-up
      • On click of ‘Cancel’ in the pop-up, no action will be performed.


    • If the team is not associated to any active job in the cmpute account then the team will be removed.
  8. If there is only one team associated with the Account and at least one active job is associated with it then the team cannot be removed.
